Majors are symbols which convey amalgams of meaning. Each major in the Two Worlds Tarot corresponds to the identically numbered Major Arcana card in the Waite-Smith tarot deck. In the Two Worlds Tarot the names of these cards and their meanings have been slightly altered. Traditional universal tarot meanings can be used in place of the meanings suggested on this site, or can be used to augment the meanings suggested on this site. Reversed majors' meanings complement their respective upright meanings.
All majors have an elemental association except for Folly and Death, which can be read as either non-elemental or omni-elemental.
